It actually looks like a TRS gland not a stuffing gland.

The rest is standard galv conduit stuff, bar the cable clamp, which you would have to identify.

I would be tempted to fit the cable clamp inside so it can take the weight of the light fitting. I dont see what the cable clamp does outside, it looks like they rely on the gland to take all the weight of the fitting.

I like this line in there advert 'The industrial ceiling rose comes ready for quick and easy installation' .

Got the bits I needed from me local for about £4 but he wasn't happy digging about for the TRS gland though "they're down the back with the ghost and the pyro".

Also got one of those clamp thingies knocking about somewhere??

Also ordered some bright orange Italian made 3 core 0.75mm flex @£3.99/m its more expensive than pyro :|
