Whats Wrong With This Then?

I just thought that I'd post this in here for the students or others who have limited experience..

I found this on a job where I was replacing the accessories in a bathroom recently, this is the wiring after removing the light pull switch... Its been replaced and fixed now

Te installer may just be red/black colour blind

Or from a parallel BUT inverse dimension

Thing is...... I found the very same thing at other wall switches and lighting points throughout the property

Nope....

This is from a board change that took 3 days to do Inc repair all the faults

Apart from earth sheathing must cost £300 an inch there, it appears that they must have switched the neutral!!!! Not a good idea!!!!

are you sure about that? it may be wired wrong at the other end so it is actually switching the line

I said it was a switched neutral!! but then slipshod said i was wrong. I was not going to argue with you lot, i am only a beginner!!!
