when are you considered to be fully qualified

In some ways the country has gone mad with qualifications. On local radio they were helping to find jobs and let firms advertise a job opportunity.

So a firm phones and says they have a vacancy ,

I would say you become fully qualified the day before you retire.

I said that or something like it in another thread

I also agree with what Patch said in yet another thread "Don't aim to be competant, aim to be excellant", not Patch's words but I think it gives the idea of his post

Had that one here not so long ago, except it also said "Must have own transport", so my transport my insurance, but they want a clean driving license ????
