Hi All, I am currently studying at home to become an electrician and have been going through the regs book for 2 hours now and need to know where the answers would be to the following questions as I feel like Im going blind. lol Questions Are

1) If a fault current of 330A flows what would be the disconnection time for a 45A BS1361 fuse?

A) 5 secs B) 1 secs C) 0.1 secs D) 0.2 secs

2) How much current would need to flow for a disconnection time of 0.1 to 5 secs for a 10A BSEN 60898 type B circuit breaker?

A) 50 Sec B) 200A C) 100A D) 50A

Just a pointer in the right direction would be really appreciated.

Cheers.

Phil.

You won't find 1361 I don't think.... Try the bs88-3....???
That is correct, the BS definitions are still in appendix 1 and the table listing for 1361 is now referenced to BS88-3 2010
