When my customer told me he is in the process of copy writing his sir name, and the name of his house, so he can invoice people who constantly ring him up and send letters trying to sell stuff. I thought he was mad.   He has drawn up terms and conditions with costs for bothering him it seemed far fetched.  (his daughter is a solicitor which helps)

My customers is right into this guy. This vid shows his battle with homecare andf how he has already been paid £295 by them for bothering him.

After watching that i want to go TPS and MPS and start invoicing cold callers and junk mail if they continue to bother me

this one is great about freezing loan interest.

My customer is asking his bank for his note he signed for his mortgage, the original wet signiture copy. If they dont have it he thinks he wont have to repay his mortgage.

The revolution has started

This is typical of the "I don't want to work, just give me some money" culture that's evolving.

Another example.

At a public event at our community hall a few years ago, a gazebo blew over in the wind, a woman received a minor cut to her leg dealt with by a first aider and the first aid box. End of the matter, or so everyone thought.

3 years or so later the hall insurers receive a claim (probably from a no win no fee ambulance chaser) for £5000 for this injury.  and sadly the halls insurer decided it's simpler just to pay it rather than fight it.

On that basis I would love to receive a minor cut 4 times a year at £5K a go then I wouldn't need to work.

Madness.

This guy is not about not working.  He was bank manager, mortgage broker and holds many financial qualifications.  He is now studying law.

What his main cause seems to be is taking on the banks for the dirty tricks they seem to be getting away with.

One amazing thing he is uncovering is that mortgage policies have a clause which gives the bank your power of attorney. He was in the industry for 20 years and never knew it existed.

Another amazing thing he highlights is how the bank want you to default on loans as they have it insured after they have already sold your debt as a security so they get paid out for your debt, and then still get it to be repayed as well as getting payed for it as a security. It is some illegal scam the banks are pulling, and its no wonder the banks all went wonky
