Work Done (joules) = Force (newtons) x Distance (meters)

375j = F x 12m

375/12 = F

F = 31.25 Newtons? tis what i make it;\

or I walk 4m too and from the bar.....

drink 10pints

F = Guiness DrinkGuiness DrinkGuiness DrinkGuiness DrinkGuiness DrinkGuiness DrinkGuiness DrinkGuiness DrinkGuiness DrinkGuiness Drink / 4

F = 2.5:p:p:p:p

I'll get Extn15's Coat:_| :_| :_| :_|

Nice - now you can find the power required for this by dividing the joules by time :)

there is a simpler way of moving a body 12m for less effort

try sliding a flexi cable into the live side of the meter in meter cupboard, get it wrong and ; \

thus a body moves 12m for 1j

cos i once saw this and thought it was one gem(joule) of a lightening show!

ohh come on.....gotta let me have that one Pray
