Working Holiday in Malawi

i need an electrician to give my place in Malawi, africa the once over the once over so i know
where am at and to do some rewiring work anybody interested in a working holiday?

Unfortunately I'm not in a position to take leave from my business (or family). It's the kinda work that would suit a newly qualified sparky that doesn't have too much by way of responsibilities and fancies a bit of adventure.

So, Malawi, being in the IEC world uses IEC 60364 same as we do.

Thus their standards would not be that different to BS7671.

How well that is "policed" is another thing.

BTW Tony, I found the 2015 catalogue based on your 2011 one!

I might be able to help.

I will be posted in Maputo, Mozambique come June 2017. I will be visiting Maputo early Feb 2017 for 1 week familiarization in hope to find an employer. Do you know if a working visa for Mozambique will allow me to work in Malawi?

I might be keen on a diving trip in Lake Malawi so if you are willing to wait maybe I can help?

I will be bringing my tools, testing equipment and 4x4.
