Ever had to work with nasty pieces of work or totally useless sparks?

Most of my apprenticship was with a large contracting firm , over 100 electricians  etc.   One sparks there would usually have  perhaps three apprentices with him , then when he dropped a ghoulie , he would send an apprentice back to the office with no explanation .

Unknown to the apprentice he would have phoned the supervisor to say the kid was useless , had dropped a major ghoulie and he was having to put it right ..and didn't want him on the site .

I only realised when I was "on the tools" & went to help finish a job with him ...many things were done wrong and he was blaming the apprentice for everything .    A lot was basic stuff like too many bends in conduit ...a desperate struggle just to get the fish tape though .

Wonder one of the kids or their fathers never beat the **** out of him, they certainly would now!! Idiots like that get found out though in the end... I worked in a place like that once, and a tosser tried it with me. BIG, BIG mistake..... Got to rush out now, but i will explain all later on..!! [nothing too exciting, but funny all the same!!]

john...

The kids never knew what had been said John .  Don't know what the supervisor thought ...kids were just sent to another site without knowing what had been said .......... basically until I saw it for myself as an electrician .
