Hi guys anyone know how to get youtube videos onto powerpoint presentations? :|

You should be able to paste an HTML link to a picture or object, search in the help index it should explain how to do it

If you get nowhere post a reply and I'll take a butchers :)

 
If you have Office 2007 in powerpoint you need to dedicate something as a hyperlink - eg a picture. You need to click on that object and on the 'insert' menu 'hyperlink' is an option. Select this and a window appears and allows you to browse for the page (whack it on the desctop for ease), then select the link.

When you click on the pic (or whatever) that you made the hyperlink it will take you to that page. There is no facility (that I know of) to download a youtube video. You would need Internet access.

Ssshhhh! Don't tell anybody. ClickyIf you use firefox it's even easier if you install DownloadHelper.

Youtube stuff is stored in flash video format, so if you want to use it as an embedded mpeg or avi file it will need converted to another format. You can do that here.
