Anyone ?

How do you download a music video fom youtube onto your PC ? :C

What do you convert them to, all this AV1 ,MMV, MP3 stuff means nothing to me.

It says I need a video ripper, whats that ?

Deke - what browser do you use?

With Firefox - download helper is good for this.

mp4 is a video file, mp3 is just music. You want to watch the video on your PC or listen to the music?

I use Internet Explorer . I have Firefox from when IE crashed last year , but havn't used it since.

Type "YouTube to mp3 convertor" in google and there's a free program which will do exactly what you want. I rip all my music from YouTube for free for me iPhone. We all like free lol

here's the link to the one I use. Install that and it's simple from there. You just find the tune you like on YouTube and copy the address in the www. Bar at the top into the convertor program and paste it. That's all you need to do. Very user friendly and free. Hth mate

Well I gave it a go , installed the DVDvideo thing , still have no idea what to do next .

Go and make the tea I think. Was going to put Brian the Smilie here but hes bloody well disapeared too .

Click onthe YouTube to mp3 convertor icon off the menu then go into YouTube and find the video you want. Right click in the address bar and click select all so it highlights the whole address bar. Then right click on it again and select copy. Then go back to convertor program and click on the paste button. It will drop the link into the copying program. Then click download. And you've got the music you want in mp3 format for free. If you need anymore help mate just ask. Cheers

I have downloaded some videos from youtube but there is no video , only audio . Is there some other programme for playing them ? Also all my existing stuff in "Music" has changed to MP3 .

That's what the download does. Makes the vid into an audio file to burn to CD

Oh, right, I didn't know that , can't you download the video as well then ? It says "Downloading video now" .

Do you have to actually play the video ? As it just says click on the address bar .

Go back to that Slide projector.......

Stick the bed sheet up to cover over the flowery wallpaper in the dining room....

shift the table back by the window...

plug the slide projector in..

and just flick the slides very fast so they look like they are moving...

and play one of your old 78's on the gramaphone....

it almost looks the same Deke honest!

No I'm dragging myself , kicking and screaming into the 19th century .

Anyway all the 78s were eventually sat on at parties .

I only gave him enough to reach Quinton , I was hoping he'd hitch a lift,mistakenly ,down the M5 and never be seen again, but no, he's just shown up at the door, so I'll pop him in his matchbox and tuck him in for the night.

Colour Eh ! Blimey.!! Has the "Commercial" channel reached your neck of the woods yet , I hear it shows "Robin Hood " , "The Lone Ranger" and a soap based in the midlands coming up called Crossroads . Apparently they show adverts between the programmes .

P'raps I 'd best phone Radio Rentals and get a set that receives two channels.

Yes I'll give Brian the Eagle , Dan Dare has had his eyebrows straightened BTW otherwise nothing has changed, Luck of the Legion is still in the desert , the Riders of the Range are still galloping round .getting nowhere, Oh yes... PC49 has been demoted for swearing within earshot of the vicar's bike and Harris Tweed is helping police with their enquiries.

Famous Five of course are still solving the crimes the police couldn't, while eating like horses and washing it down with lashings of ginger beer as they speed around on their bicycles ,escaping from criminals from the working classes, exposing mad scientists and owning their own bleedin' island in an idylic bay .
