    Don't think that's quite correct, spoke to nic other day bout my Assessment as I don't have nvq3. I'm a 5 day wonder as you call em. Been in the game many years but to old now to go thro college. Minimum req'd apperently is 17th edition. We aren't all numbnuts you know.

    also using capping can sometimes allow you to pull your cables back/pull new ones thro if needed. cant do that if plastered straight over cables, damamage to decs etc. also thought that plaster can degrade sheathing over time.

    spoke with my mate today, he works for the compliances part of connaught and he seems to think this section will be ok as this is the main money earning part of the company.
