What color is the completion cert? You said you have the completion but not lvl2 but level2 has a red cert of completion. Only send the red c&g cert to the Ecs grading

Both ze and zs is tested the same way ze is external and zs is the complete earth falt loop. On my meteral is 3 leads brown lead on line blue on neutral green on earthing conductors. Obviously you test ze and zs in different locations but the process is the same

I have used twin flex plus and it's not an address loop. It's sav wire or 2 wire. So the zones are radials and the eol is dip switch 1 on.

I use test method 2 on most pir's.

This is a deff possibility. I was at a property and did a loop test at a socket and it was around 60 ohm took at the back of the socket and bingo bango all is good just a faulty socket outlet

Try using Bitichino it's Legrand kit 2 wire it's good for what you need. It's easy to install if you are not familiar with Paxton. ;)
