    Bathroom lighting has more to do with the IP rating than voltage. You can put mains lighting anywhere as long as it's correctly IP rated. Hope this helps

    Obviously if PAT testing is going to be your living, then buy the best. A good start off tester is the Kewtech KT71. It will get you by as long as you allow for the fixed parameters on the Earth Bond test. Don't go for a simple PASS/FAIL model with no numerical display, or you'll fail...
