To tell you the truth Batty,i would rather he returned the heaters & got standard storage heaters but he is a fussy customer!

Has anyone had any problems with MEM shield RCBO units when carrying out a trip test at them.I have found that if you have the probe connected directly on the load side terminal of the RCBO -it will not trip out.Does that make sense? :o
