    ballast wiring

    hi all, trust everyone is keepig safe. I have some ballasts to replace and been told that the ones I need are no longer aviliable. However, another manufacture will do the trick however i've going from 8 terminals to 6 termials. Do anyone have a wiring diagram ??? Thanks

    Bathroom Mirroe

    HI I've got a bathroom mirror that needs a PIR so the lights can be turned on and off.  Nothing to powerful - any kits available ? I've got 230 mains coming in to a connection behind it. Sensor needs to be low range and IP rated anything available on the market ?

    for the time being - i've fitted a ceiling light with MW sensor.  Not ideal but does the job.  Customer wants a on/off switch.

    yes that's what I though - carefully drill a 1mm hole put some 1mm wire in and solder.................. tricky but can be done.   And yes embeded in concrete - flat has concrete walls, floors and ceiling.

    Meter Calibration

    hi I was just wondering what the "text book answer" to meter calibration.  I use a METREL Combo meter and have it calibrated every year.  I also have a cal check box and i check it when I get a chance. Is there a requirement to check your meter if you get it calibrated every year ???? thanks

    Bathroom Downlights

    Quick Questio all; Bathroom downlights (IP65) do the bulbs fit into the fitting or sit on top ? Issue is - i've got some fittings and some LED fittings but the lamps don't fit inside. I've not tried several different brands of lamps. Any advise ?
