2330 Level 3 Practical

Was given a look at the test board last night. Doesn't look to bad, 17th ed consumer unit, final ring, lighting including 2 way and fluorscent, bathroom part with shower, luminaire and extractor.

There is a motor circuit with DOL starter.

And a 2nd consumer unit for 'garage' with lighting (ES) and final socket. Been told we can put down test results on same sheet as main installation, but things can change, you know colleges!

Just have to wait til mid june for my exam. Gives me a little time.

in the real world, its best to have one test results sheet per DB

Yep, I think thats why the question came up.

Might be easier to use 2 sheets, as will have to do a Ze and PFC at 2nd d/b. Best get into good habits

you cant do a Ze at DB2. Ze is external, and can only be taken at origin of supply.

you will need Zdb at second DB (which would also be Zs of submain)
