Best one is to contact the manufacturer, they are pretty helpful normally, I do have an idea about how it would be wired using the cable you describe but I won't say anything without seeing it, as I said it can get very expensive if it all goes wrong, good luck with it anyway.
Yep and these things cost about 4K new so wont be taking any chances

Just by having to ask shows that your not 

Do you have the expertise to test the equipment when finished ?

How would you know if it's got a good low earth path?

I am guessing that you don't so, no you are not "capable of putting a plug on" 

Not just expensive but you could kill someone

I said I’m more than capable of wiring a plug, I didn’t say anything about testing it and I wasn’t asking for information about testing, it was a straightforward question and was hoping for a simple answer,  not a lecture 

 
I would definitely phone the makers technical office. They would tell you immediately if phase reversal would damage the machine, and if the cable is factory fitted they would know the colour convention used.

A check of the earthing is very wise advice though.
