Off the top of my head:

Slight changes to additional protection, sockets up to 32 amps, domestic lighting circuits, passing through or supplying a location containing bath or shower etc.

AFDD functional testing

Only one box on test results for RCD times, normally put in the 5x if for additional protection.

6 monthly RCD test sticker

I looked at those  Sharpie  , thanks  though ,  I took them all to be 17th  .

I thought after posting this  ,  Denmans will have the Kewtech  versions .

I can't buy NIC /ELECSA   logo  EICRs anyway   , only Installation Certs.

I was informed at last assessment  that I'm not assessed to carry out EICRs    unless I go for full scope  .   Thats not going happen ,  I only joined this club to sign off my own work .

Theres a new law coming in for electrical certs on rental properties ,  I'm now told the testing can only be done by Full Scope  NICEIC  members .

You don't need to be registered with anyone to carry out periodic inspections.

No because its already a part of their assessment criteria for a full scope contractor
I think thats the reason the assessor said  only full scope  will be able to do Rental testing .....which includes me out ( as someone said.)   So presumably  I can install / rewire / do additions / maintain /   a rental property  but cannot carry out an EICR    .

I can't do EICRs  under the ELECSA  logo  without being re- assessed  apparently .

Strange really , under our previous incarnation  we did  PIRs  for Barclays Bank  ,  Probation Service ,  WM Police ,

NAPIT have stated all of their full scope contractors will be automatically included in any such register.
I found I cannot purchase an NICEIC  /ELECSA   logo'd   EICR   book of certs  from their online shop ,   I can only buy  Installation certs  with logos .

Thats what he meant I presume  Sidey ,   my error,  not  NICEIC only  but ANY  Full Scope  .

Just had a email from my mate saying the EICR  is cancelled ....Estate Agents have told landlord a report on electrics is not required .   So Monday's job is cancelled.

sorry my mistake, I’ve just re read your title and realised you are after the 8th edition! Before my time I’m afraid perhaps try Kerching......

just rereading!
