Accenta Mini 8 Alarm Fault

Hi. Wondering if anybody can help. I've recently done some work and decided to change the alarm sensor for a newer more modern style. The only problem now is I can't get the sensor to actually sense anything and the tamper isn't working on it when removing cover. Their are 2 sensors on the zone and they are wired together (daisy chained). The other older version is working ok. The alarm sets fine and everything works apart from this new sensor just doesn't seem to do anything apart from light up!!. The new sensor is a Honeywell DT 7450-EOL

You have wired them wrong.

But without a picture / drawing of how you have wired them, who knows what you have done.

A picture / drawing is required.
