Ade Reson8 To I-On16

Hi

    I'm not sure how to terminate at I-on 16 end station.

 ADE Reson8 connections, ( out side sounder )

RTN white

hold off + red

hold off - green

trig - black

stb - yellow

I-on 16 end station block,

14v4  ov  12v    1234              TR  - LS +

AUX                 outputs

You will need to read the manual to find out how to programme the outputs.

Hold off is another name for your 12v supply

RTN Stands for ReTurN, which is also called Tamper Return

Your strobe and trigger wires are connected to the outputs, but as I said, you will need to read the manual to find out how to programme them.

Thank you for explaining the technical terminology.

Programming was straight forward in the manual. Output 1, was pre - programmed 'Siren'.

Output 2 was pre - programmed 'Strobe'.

All I had to do was turn them on.

All is working well, thanks again for your help.
