Advice on lighting please

Hi all, can you shed some light?

I've got to put some lights in a shop with the problem being that the ceiling is very high and the new owner doesn't want to shell out on access platform so i can't replace the existing fluorescent.

Thinking about putting some kind of luminaires on the wall and wondered if anyone had any ideas bearing in mind it is to illuminate the serving hatch area of a post office(emphasis on price).

Hello,

Try high volt lights, it could be the better options, search any electronic store, they will provide you wide options of lights or place chandeliers, at regular distance, you can buy reasonable chandeliers at cybershoppers, it will look pretty too.
