Advice to connect new electric cooker

Hi guys, hope you all well

can anyone advise my to correct connect my new cooker. There are 220v and 240v connection diagram .  On my mail electric box it shows 230v. .

please advice. , shame that I can’t add a pictures here...

Thank you for your reply. My cooker Total electricity loading is W: 11300. Will 6mm cable be enough? Or I should go for 10mm

6mm² should be enough, not all parts will be powered simultaneously and continuously so the average maximum current will be OK.
