As will soon become more apparent, I have spent some time away from the forum setting up a new business. Anyway, this afternoon I had an interesting discussion with the DMA (direct marketing association) regarding making outbound business to business calls. It seems it is, and has been for many years, against the law to 'cold call' UK businesses without first screening the phone numbers against the CTPS (company telephone preference service).
