air in pump

afternoon chaps,

have put new part in my boiler now it seems that the pump has an air lock in it.

how do i get it out?

If the pump has a big silver screw in the middle of it, get a big flat blade screwdriver and loosen/remove that screw.

You will get some water come out but it won't be at mains pressure so don't panic.

Make sure you put a cloth underneath to catch any drips.
