2) managed to get through to the right person at NICEIC to transfer from domestic installer scheme to Approved Contractor Scheme

Funny that,, neither do I.

Lets just say I wasn't too impressed (and had some muscular spasms) when the instructor had us at about 35 foot and powered us forward and backwards just to get te jib to bounce.. he even did it when we were out sideways -- Lets just say I called him a few choice names
