If the SWA is glanded directly to the enclosure no banjo required,If it is not glanded directly then banjo and tail required, ie, removable plate,trunking etc.

Depends on the environment and whether or not you are using the SWA as a CPC.

Personally, I always use banjo`s - as this method has proved to be more reliable since the finish on most metalclad accessories is not exactly conducive to passing an electrcial current should the situation arise.
