No mate, 17th edition 2330 and 2391-10 the proper old school 2391.. the inspection & testing qualification. not the 2391-20 old 2400 design course!

You are a complete plant pot!!!! Serious mate. The old 2391 inspection& testing is now the 2391-10!!!!! divvy!!! the old 2400 design and verification is the 2391-20 different qualifications mate.
The old 2391 is the inspection & testing which I have!!!! It hasn't changed. It hasn't been dumbed down. Seriously is anybody an electrician on here. because I've heard some crap tonight. Sombody recons he's on

Seriously I think alot of these guys are engineers and maintenance guys. Proper installation sparks will know the route I am on about. 1 day release to college 4 days in work.
Asda was a hobby job before I got in the trade. These guys are backing their experience with time in engineering and data cabling!!!

but, your statement that 2391-10 is the exact same exam as 2391 is completely untrue, you need to do some more research on this Im afraid, and the criteria for the pass mark has been considerably lowered from the old 2391,
it is from memeory down from almost 95%(2391) to approx 55%(2391-10) correct answers for a pass,
also the written exam has been cut from 3&1/2 hours to 2&1/2hrs IIRC,.

On the internet we can hide behind anonymity, never revealing our true selves. This can help build an ego where we have none, or deflate our ego to become "one of the guys" for a few hours. I do know that members of this forum, and some have taken part in your debate, are actually responsible for some of the regulations that you now work to. This is by either lay membership of round table discussions, or as direct representatives of the consultation processes. I myself have worked for and I am involved with the ESC, who will I am sure, give me a glowing reference should I need to do so.
However, on this forum I am one of the guys, I am not better than them, nor do I think I am, yes I am a moderator, but that only gives me some powers to help maintain the running of the forum, but that is the extent of my powers, the members hold the true power, which is what you are now subject to, now you can learn from this, or forever fall into the category of those who should never be mentioned.

Ok, I have the 2330 with distictions at all levels, adn the 2382( i thinkk) 17th and pat testing
next i'm going to fo the 2391-10

how do you work that out,
a lot less questions, and a less percentage to get right = a bigger percentage you will get enough right to pass,
basic maths actually,
work it out.
200 Qs with a 95% pass = 190 Qs right
100 Qs with a 55% pass = 55 right
tell me which exam is easier to pass.?
