Most council properties in hackney are post war so some lazy fecker probably jus hid it under the floor. Probably a plumber.

that was why I subtly alluded to it in post 15 for fear of incurring the wrath of our resident IT Czar,  Deke!   [just because he looks like he has no idea what is going on belies his inner knowledge.......still waters run deep!
