please dont tell me they ask u to calculate loads of things?

and help would be good and few example would aslo be great

they will ask loads of questions from the regs - either you know the answer or you will be expected to know where in the regs to find the answer.

most questons will be related to the job you have - i.e whats the Zs for this circuit, whats the max Zs that you could have for the circuit

Safe zones was one I got. Expect something on earthing - this is guaranteed.

Relevance to other building regs - Part M etc...

150mm in the corner of walls, 150mm along top of wall, horizontal/vertical from any accessory. unless its in SWA/earthed steel conduit etc

eg max Zs for a BS EN 60898 lighting circuit on 6a breaker would be 4.42ohms

where do you get 4.42 ohms from?

table 41.3 states 7.67 ohms for a B6 60898. 10A is 4.6 ohms

they dont expect you to know all the answers to their questions, but they do expect you to know where to find the answers. So just brush up on using the regs rather than remembering specific bits of information.

they will ask enough to be satisfied that you know what you are doing. they will expect you to know basic stuff without looking, but other stuff (such as Zs values), they wont expect you to know the answer, but at least to know of it and where to find it
