Got asked today if i would pick up from another spark on a job today , so I did a site visit, and this is what greeted me

all that hassle of fitting a proper gland into the metal enclosure, and then slap a 951 on it... how about rip it all out and start over...

I’ve worked with some sparks who just can’t finish jobs because they get bogged down with the thoughts of all the bits, it will be “phil” go and give Dave a hand to finish that job, next thing you know he’s off to start another job your left with all his mess. This job you would need to go deep into the installation because if he’s putting earths clamps on swa cable he’s not really competent to do a job of this size. Now you’ve got to test it
