Anyone know anything about Thermaflow Electric storage combination boilers?

I am trying to diagnose a fault on one. the install manual is useless not even a circuit diagram of the internal workings and a request to the manufacturer has so far been ignored.

I won't wear out my keyboard until I know there is someone that may be able to help reading this, then I will describe my problem and investigations.
