Pretty sure that's what the thread was about. That was what I gathered, mainly from the pic, which is what my musings on the matter were based, except mine are blue, and mine were about

Mine are completely different, was going to post a pic, but tools still on site and not at work til tuesday! Mine are black and the cable is inserted into the end. there is an adjustable bar that is calibrated to different lengths so if for example you have 1000 1.5 singles to terminate and you want them all to be stripped back 10mm you can set it. Also incorporates a cutter if you need to snip off.
