I assume you mean it's a satifactory EICR there is no pass or fail

Will it actually have been tested? It's the distribution cupboard for a number of flats and presumably the landlords CU for communal areas?

I am more interested in metering arrangements? 4 flats but I only see one meter?

Yes it is clearly all metered together. It looks scruffy / untidy / rubbish workmanship but I didn't spot anything obviously dangerous.

I would be very interested to to see ANY EICR (PIR) with the words Pass or Fail...?

As neither are used if you are following the guidance of BS7671??
