Hi,
We are small audio visual company in Northampton, we are looking for an installation engineer and also a trainee to join us.
We work with both residential and commercial clients and often in very high end London residentials installing the very latest technologies.
We have decided to look for someone more electrically biased as it will fit well with future plans. We do not expect you to be fully conversant with AV and training will be given. However it's crucial that we find the 'right' person who can represent the company in front of a wide range of clients, from very wealthy London home owners to high security control rooms.
Honesty, trust worthiness and communication skills are more important to us than whether you understand balanced audio signals, or how to write serial drivers for a projector as we will support you through a new learning process and help you gain new skills.

Ideally we are looking for someone living in Northampton as there will be a certain amount of time spent in our office/workshop and not 100% out on site.
