Basin sockets

Hi folks, I've been asked by a certain tv channel to give a quote for some work at a hotel in blackpool, the woman has mentioned that there are some existing sockets that she is concerned are too close to the basin, if I remember correctly its 600m from the plug hole, is this still correct? There are a couple of other things to do, but also would you RCD cables in walls in a hotel? Because I imagine the owners will live in.

rogue traders? will you be adding the sockets at 50mm above the bath?

no, its not really a program centered round or famous for renovation or building work.

Over the phone I took it as a sink basin in a room, with mirror above, maybe they are shared bathrooms.

unless there is a shower or bath, then its not a special location, so could go anywhere within reason. 300mm from sink should be minimum though
