It's not so much the level of heating as the level of insulation.

Condensation only forms on a cold surface. A well insulated house won't have condensation. Look very carefully at where the condensation is forming and look to improve the insulation there.

Hi

It's not a big bathroom approx 2.5 x 3.5Mts

The insulation is fine, I checked that all the ceiling and ducting is covered and that there is ventilation coming up from the soffit into the loft area

Conincidentally I've just been asked to do the very same thing.

Can anybody point me in the direction of any good reference material which would help me gain a better understanding of the ventilation principles involved here please?
