Bathroom Fan Switch?

hi Im on a job atm and do not have my regs on me to look in special locations

Im testing a new installation that a non spark chink man has done and has got the twin and earth straight to fan from the board and was wondering if he needs an isolation fan switch by his bathroom before the fan or not

can anyone help? thanks

Dimmer ,  it needs  local isolation whatever it is .  

I'm guessing its a humidity operated fan is it ?   Otherwise it would run constantly .
