Big Thankyou To Hitachi!

Amongst the various stuff in my tool box I have a Hitachi torch...

Bit like this one.

It came with a drill set.. a while ago..

anyway.. many months back I broke a bulb...

But there was a spare one inside so all was good again...

Until 3 weeks back and I blew the second bulb...

had a quick search couldn't find a replacment...

They are 18volt 0.6amp rating....

Anyway found the Hitachi website so I asked them where I could purchase new bulbs...

very nice person e-mailed me back and said send me your address and I will post you a couple out.

Anyway..

Just want to publicly thank Hitachi customer services..

Torch is all good and working again..

and I still have one spare bulb now!
