Bond both services in both buildings with 50mm. 

or, 

Bond main building with 50mm and the new unit with 10mm.

If you are going to get a fault current along the services between the two buildings, then that fault current will be the same at both ends. So surely same size bonding at both ends?

50mm bond in both buildings.
