The other day at the wholesaler I saw a 2 gang point with a phone connection and at the side a broadband connection Im orite wiring phone points in a daisy chain but how do you get the broadband involved and wired I presume its part of the phone system?

I had BT install Infinity the other day and thats how they did it phone in one connection broadband in other connection.

They may well be for the new fibre optic services being offered by providers.

Isn't it just a filtered front plate, so it filters out the audio phone line, and the higher frequency adsl line?

Saves you having a plug in adsl filter at each phone point.

EDIT Typing the same thing at the same time as Barx
