Bs 4293 Type S And Bs 61008 Type S

What is the rated time delays on these i presume they r 200ms? I know the tripping time on the 4293 type s is 400 ms.on the 61008 type s the tripping time is 500 ms.but what is the rated time delay 200ms like i said?help would be appreciated
