C&G 2391-10 Pass, but where to next????

Hi Guys

Just found out today that I passed my 2391-10 exam and also passed my practical exam 2 weeks ago, well chuffed!

I'm a commissioning engineer by trade and work for a large company but would love to start my own buisness. I was thinking of maybe starting a PAT / electrical testing buisness but not sure how successful it could be?

I would be grateful for any wise advice???

Dont bother with doing PAT/Installation testing only, your field of work would be severely diminished.

If you can get into it, anything, even domestic if you can get paying work right now.

PAT testing can be very profitable we met some lads on site recently on

You'll find that there many companies who will do PAT for

An old friend of mine is considering starting a PAT testing business. How BORING that sounds UNTIL you know that he was once apprenticed as an armature winder!
