Are you guys saying that Bahcos quality has gone out the window?

Toss. I quite like their gear, haven't had to buy any for a while tho
If their (+)  (-)   screwdrivers are anything to go by yes.   I bought the small size to fit the earth bars in C/Us  from various makers including them and they ALL just sheared off within minutes of use.

I am also a winner ( with 14,000,000 posts)  If the prize is sidecutters ..I just bought some , the ones with the stripping notches & screw chopper.

( Classic apprentice type mistake ...you'd think I'd know better )   We're 2nd fixing a kitchen, "Have you killed the ring ?"    "Yes I've fitted most of them"  Says my mate.        BANG !!   Hole in my favourite CK cutters           Own fault ..shudda checked it.

Still think Bahco make the best shifters, but I didn't rate the insulated screwdriver set from Bahco, they were made from a metal that had the hardness of chewing gum.  I have a pair of Bahco snips and they are OK.

Shifters?
Shifters?

Taken from the old PG Tips advert....the one with the Monkeys in it!

Whilst trying to get the Piano down the stairs, the lady of the house shouted out..." Coooeeeeee Mr Adjustable wrench/spanner invented and patented by the BAHCO corporation, would you like a cuppa"

It was decided to shorten this to Mr Shifter, and so the expression was born!

Make sure that if you Googlr the word Shifter or Mister Shifter that you do not erroneously substitute a T where there should be an F!

Mind you, Mr Glitter is being 'careful' in the shower now so you should be safe...there again ther are still a lot of 70s 'celebrities still out there awaiting the early morning knock at the back door

"Its the taste!"

That part was played by my great great great great great great great great great great grandmother. (My family have a short life expectancy due to working for Canoeboy)   I don't think they realised she was a lass due to her moustache

Also, you do seem to manage to shoehorn the disgraceful peadophillic 70's 'Celebrities' in quite often, I think you getting an obsession kerch.

So why have I been de-scooped for my last post? All I said was shifter which is a common term up this way for adjustable spinners, and Bahco do make good shifters.

Come on own up who de-scoobed me and why, remembering I meant no offence to anyone.

Not me that de-scoobed, i know shifters down here as adjustable spanners too, I also believe Bahco to be the best, mind my big shifters 15 & 18" are Britool.

I could do with a 24 & a 36 but they are serious money, I normally resort to a 2' stilsons by then! ;)
