Just wondering what people would recommend for cutting up to 35 square mm meter tails?

I`ve currently got a couple of pairs of croppers but they are both quite a few years old now and could easily double as wire strippers ....

I must have had a dud pair then, coz the edges on mine are goosed already!
possibly, i rarely use side cutters, the ones i have will cut through a 50 or 75, and i can still strip alarm cable with them

they dont like anything hard though like SWA strands, but they will go through SY

Guess this is just cheating? I must get some proper shears!

I have the same ones as Andy........and never had a problem with `em.

I think part of the problem can be using `em for armour - that`ll take the edge off em!

I looked at the bigger ones a la snakehips` ; but they didn`t seem as good as the smaller bladed one, tbh.

n.b. I`ve used them on 70mm (fairly) easily; so I don`t see 35mm being a problem.

Had mine about 4 years, iirc

I brought some Klauke, which are excellent and put my CK and NWS to the reserved toolbox!
