Hello, hope you are all well?

I am new to this forum and have a query on an upcoming installation and was looking for reassurance on the following selections from the experts out there or just thoughts in general...

Installation is for 5 x Dual EV Chargers ( 2 x 32a 7.4Kv Per pedestal & Single Phase)

10mm 3 Core SWA from EV Chargers to Schneider 250a 3p+n switch disconnector (40m each run in 2 x underground ducts with 6 in one and 4 in the other)

Board has 10 x 32a Scneider type C spread across the phases (L1 = 3, L2 = 3, L3 = 4)

Board to main Switch is 4 core and a 50mm earth over 80m to a Scneider Compact NSX set for 140a (Cable clipped on vented tray throughout)

Underkill/Overkill..??

Cheers ;)

So your supply to the dist board is 80m with circuit protection at 140A. Your final circuits to the ev units is 40m with circuit protection at 32A?

Are you asking if the cable csa is correct, vd correct or something else. If it is vd then is the supply to the dist board coming direct from the source of supply as vd is measured from here.

Doesn't sound a million miles off, but I'd check your volt drop as that is where it could go pear shaped, been involved with a very similar installation recently, but the chargers (to be installed by others) were much closer to the board we were providing, and the site had its own DNO transformer (so your volt drop allowances are higher, as there is no public nework drop on top)
