Cable theft from overhead line / DRAMATIC RESULT OF CABLE THEFT

Just seen this they reckon it was the cocsequences of a theft of cable from overhead line and possible meter s being by passed.

MY solution is not publishable, but would involve them never being able to do anything ever again!
