If your 10 year old daughter experiences an "incident" and you have nothing to hide then DON'T flee the country and take your closest relatives to India and hide, later calling the UK police and suggesting they have a look at your house as you have concerns having left your daughter there. Your daughter is then found to have died, and a PM reveals a catalogue of injuries ( many historic) you make a press statement that on the whole accuses the Indian Police of harassing your family and you fear you may be tortured by them. I know what I would be doing if I was the Indian authorities
