can anyone suggest a panel heater

Hi I have a customer who has a storage heater that requires new parts, as it's very old & the customer hates them. i suggested maybe a wall mounted panel heater, are these any good or do you guys have any suggestions.

But...

You need to consider..

Size of room..

Number of external walls

Is it supplementary heating or Primary heating for the room...

etc..

But why?

A panel heater will be using mostly peak rate electricity so will cost more to run.

What about a modern Storage heater?

Personally I think panel heaters are carp .Plus as said, you lose the cheaper rate.

I've just installed some Dimplex radiant heat panel heaters in a holiday home. They act like a radiator so when you sit in front of them the heat radiates out instead of just convecting up. They heat up quickly so they are much better than oil filled radiators. Customer is pleased with them and you can use the Dimplex plug in modules that give you all kinds of options for controlling them.
