need to run off a 32a supply (will be TT at the other end) going to put a little 1 way CU next to the meter due to space can i use 16mm tails from the henley block or does it have to be 25mm even though it will only draw max 32a?

only around 25 ish

i would use 25 and keep it the same, but you could argue that 16 is fine.

is the other cu near by? what are you doing with the earth and the MET?

personally I'd use 6mm, far easier to work with inside a little 2 way unit.
