Good afternoon,

I am trying to upload sample certs and fill them in word,is this possible and if so how, thanks for your help.

 
hi apache the forms are printed from pdf and then scanned back to word,but word sees them as pictures.hope i explained well.

the template will be an image. although you see it as text etc, word see's it as an image, so you cant easily add text to it

 
You can use Publisher if you have it. It does not matter that it is a PDF or JPG,. You add a text box in the area that you want to write and that is it. After you added all the text boxes where you want them and wrote the texts you wish, you can save it. The next time you can use the previous full form by just changing the text in each part and than "save as" with a different name if you wish a copy for your records.

 
Hi a guy called Sparks and Half on the SF forum posted lots of easy to fill in and print forms, as well as some other useful bits and pieces, I think it's still available. If somebody has already posted this, sorry for the repeat, but I thought they where very useful and have been using them.
